COLO.SCIENCE — NEUTRAL HIGH-CAPACITY CENTRIFUGATION
One centrifuge platform for bottles, tubes, microplates and blood collection workflows
The LACE56N platform is intended for laboratories that need high sample throughput and broad vessel compatibility without active refrigeration. Its 5-inch touch screen provides access to speed, RCF, time and ramp settings, while automatic rotor identification supports safer configuration of the selected rotor family.
Rotor performance is configuration dependent. The centrifuge host, rotor, buckets and adapters should therefore be selected as one working system according to vessel geometry, working volume, target RCF, biosafety expectations and the laboratory SOP.

ROTOR, BUCKET AND ADAPTER CONFIGURATION
Compatible rotor families for LACE56N
The LACE56N high capacity high speed centrifuge is supplied as a configurable platform. Select the rotor first according to vessel format and required throughput, then confirm the compatible bucket and adapter set. Rotor availability and included components must be stated in the official quotation.
High-capacity laboratory centrifuge with application-specific rotor selection
The LACE56N high capacity high speed centrifuge can be configured with fixed-angle, large-volume swing-out, blood collection tube and microplate rotors. Selecting the correct rotor image and SKU helps laboratories compare 12 × 10 ml, 4 × 500 ml, 4 × 750 ml, 96-place and 120-place configurations before the final quotation is prepared.

Control, workflow and safety support
Automatic rotor identification
Rotor recognition helps reduce incorrect profile selection and supports safer use of a centrifuge platform with many rotor families.
Controlled acceleration and braking
Ten acceleration and deceleration levels allow the run profile to be adapted to sensitive samples and help limit secondary mixing during braking.
Multi-stage procedures
Ten-stage procedures, quick-spin operation, timed startup and parameter changes during operation support repeatable daily protocols.
Mechanical and lid protection
Electronic door locking, imbalance protection, a full-steel inner protection structure and three-level rubber damping support controlled operation.
Applications and laboratory value
Routine high-capacity separation
A practical solution for laboratories processing large sample batches or larger bottles without requiring active refrigeration.
Clinical and blood tube workflows
Dedicated 96-place and 120-place blood collection tube rotors support higher-throughput clinical sample preparation.
Cell culture and biopharming
Large-volume swing-out configurations support cell culture separation, biological preparation and related research workflows.
Microplate processing
The PRO6989 holder rack extends the platform to multi-well plate formats for suitable laboratory protocols.
CONFIGURATION GUIDE
How to select the correct LACE56N rotor and adapter configuration
Begin with the actual sample vessel rather than the centrifuge maximum. Confirm nominal volume, working fill volume, outside diameter, length, bottom shape, cap type and the vessel manufacturer’s permitted speed or RCF. Then select the rotor family, bucket and adapter that provide the required capacity and operating force.
For blood collection tubes, define tube volume, cap-removal requirement and expected daily throughput. For bottles, confirm whether the bottom is conical or round and whether a dedicated insert is required. For microplates, confirm plate type, overall height, loading symmetry and the accepted plate centrifugation limit.
The LACE56N high capacity high speed centrifuge is the non-refrigerated model. Temperature-sensitive workflows should be evaluated separately and may require a refrigerated centrifuge platform.

Configuration and specification notice
The host centrifuge, rotor, buckets, adapters and sample vessels form one operating system. The official quotation and order confirmation must define the centrifuge SKU, rotor SKU, included buckets, adapter set, vessel dimensions, electrical configuration, safety documentation and final operating limits. Website content supports product selection and does not replace the binding quotation, manufacturer manual or rotor certificate. Specifications may change without notice.
