OVERVIEW

The ALEMADR-DB (and cooling model ALEMADR-DBC) is a sophisticated dry bath incubator designed for precise heating and cooling, controlled by a semiconductor system. Automatic temperature control and a flexible timer make it highly versatile for daily laboratory workflows.

A key advantage is the combined temperature control and block system: each interchangeable block includes its own built-in temperature sensor and heating/cooling unit, enabling accurate control and faster heating. Blocks are auto-recognized for simple setup, and the adjustable heating lid supports controlled lid temperature for condensation-sensitive procedures.

Multi-point and multi-cycle modes (up to 5 points and 99 cycles), auto restart after power failure, over-heating protection and built-in temperature calibration provide robust performance for routine and advanced applications requiring reliable temperature control.

ALEMADR-DB dry bath incubator – semiconductor controlled, interchangeable auto‑recognized blocks, adjustable heating lid, multi‑step programming, and optional cooling model down to –10°C setting. Achieve ≤±0.3°C accuracy at 37°C and fast heat‑up (≤12 min 25→100°C). Perfect for PCR prep, enzymatic assays, and sample incubation.

MODELS & DIMENSIONS

Model Temp setting range Temp control range Dimensions / weight
ALEMADR-DB 0–100°C RT+5–100°C 300 × 200 × 210 mm / 4.0 kg
ALEMADR-DBC –10–100°C RT–25–100°C 300 × 200 × 210 mm / 4.7 kg

Key Advantages of ALEMADR‑DB Series

Smart Block Recognition

Each interchangeable block contains its own sensor and heating/cooling unit. When inserted, the instrument automatically recognizes the block type and applies the correct calibration – no manual adjustments needed.

Multi‑Step Programming

Store and run up to 5 temperature points with individual hold times, and repeat the entire cycle up to 99 times. Ideal for complex protocols like heat shock or enzymatic digestions.

Adjustable Heated Lid

Prevent condensation on tube lids by independently controlling the lid temperature from OFF up to +10°C above block temperature. Essential for long incubations and PCR setups.

Cooling Model Available

The ALEMADR‑DBC variant extends the control range down to –10°C setting (actual block temperature as low as RT–25°C), enabling storage at 4°C and rapid cooling after heat steps.
