COLO.SCIENCE – FLUO-UP900 FLUORESCENCE MICROSCOPY PACKAGE

Designed for FISH imaging and confident fluorescence documentation

FLUO-UP900 is configured for FISH (in situ hybridization) and general fluorescence microscopy where repeatable imaging and clear signal discrimination are critical. The system is built around a trinocular head, so you can add a camera at any time without compromising comfortable viewing.

High-resolution Semi-APO fluorite objectives and a dedicated filter set support routine DAPI and multi-channel FISH work. The package includes a reflected-light (epi) illuminator turret and a metal halide fluorescence illuminator with power supply, enabling bright excitation and stable imaging conditions.

Key features (short)

  • Trinocular head with beam-split options for viewing + imaging.
  • Semi-APO fluorite objectives for high-resolution fluorescence images.
  • 6-position reflected-light illuminator (epi) for fluorescence modules/filters.
  • Metal halide fluorescence illuminator with power supply (package).
  • FISH filter set: DAPI, ET Gold FISH, ET Aqua FISH, ET Green/Red FISH.
  • LIM light intensity management + Köhler lighting path (platform feature).

Where it fits best

  • FISH / in situ hybridization (DAPI + multi-channel probe sets).
  • Clinical and research fluorescence imaging workflows.
  • Documentation & reporting (camera-ready trinocular architecture).
  • Multi-slide inspection (with optional motorized/electric stage upgrades).

PRACTICAL USE & CHECKLISTS

Daily workflow checklist (FISH)

Start with transmitted light for slide positioning, then switch to epi-fluorescence. Confirm Köhler alignment, set diopters/IPD, and move from low to high magnification to protect samples and reduce photobleaching.

Select the correct filter cube (DAPI / ET Gold / ET Aqua / ET Green-Red), set exposure consistently, and standardize file naming for traceability (sample ID, channel, objective, date).

COLO.Science & configuration support

COLO.Science helps you match objectives, illumination, filters, and imaging accessories to your workflow—so the delivered configuration supports your actual FISH protocols and documentation requirements.

If you need motorized stage control, encoded Z-axis, external camera triggering, or specific filter combinations, we propose a compatible build and verify the final bill of materials.
