The MBINE laboratory incubator series covers six chamber sizes from 30 L to 230 L for above-ambient incubation from RT+5 to 120 °C in microbiology, cell-culture support, stability testing, quality control and education. Every model combines a vertical double-duct air supply with horizontal circulation, two-section intelligent PID regulation, a mirror-polished stainless-steel chamber, an LCD controller with touch buttons, a double-layer door with a tempered glass observation window and an over-temperature protection system with an independent digital temperature limiter.

Forced-convection incubation with two-section PID control

Each MBINE laboratory incubator uses a vertical double-duct air supply with horizontal forced-air circulation and a fan with three adjustable speeds and LED running indicator (fixed speed on MBINE230), so temperature distribution can be matched to the sample type, from open plates to closed vessels. Two-section PID control with a Pt100 sensor, sensor-deviation correction and overshoot self-tuning keeps the setpoint stable within ±1 °C.

The LCD controller shows measured and set temperature on two rows and provides touch-button setting, a 0–9999 min timer with timing-wait function, auto stop, parameter locking and memory after a power cut, while the double-layer door with tempered glass allows visual checks without opening the chamber.

The MBINE laboratory incubator control system combines daily operating functions with temperature correction, alarms and sample observation.

Operating and temperature-control functions

Two-section PID control

Two-section intelligent PID with a Pt100 sensor, sensor-deviation correction and overshoot self-tuning keeps the setpoint within ±1 °C.

Air circulation and fan speed

A vertical double-duct supply circulates air horizontally through the chamber; three adjustable fan speeds with LED running indicator adapt air movement to plates, flasks or sensitive samples (MBINE230 runs at a fixed fan speed).

LCD controller, timer and memory

Touch-button setting with measured and set temperature on two LCD rows; 0–9999 min timer with timing-wait function, auto stop, parameter locking and parameter memory after a power cut.

Alarm and observation

Over-temperature sound and light alarm; the tempered glass window allows visual inspection without opening the door.

Temperature safety, chamber design and test-hole access

Layered protection

When the chamber temperature exceeds the alarm value, a red LED lights and the heating circuit is cut off; a high-precision independent digital temperature limiter adds a second, separate layer of protection.

Mirror stainless chamber and double-layer door

The mirror-polished stainless-steel chamber with stainless heating tube is easy to clean; the double-layer door with tempered glass window and foam-board insulation limit heat loss during visual checks.

Exhaust flap and shelves

The φ35 mm exhaust hole on top doubles as a test hole for external probes; two shelves rated up to 15 kg each are included, with a 40 mm shelf pitch and a frame for four positions.

How to select the appropriate MBINE model

Select the MBINE laboratory incubator by starting with the required usable chamber volume, the number of shelves and the dimensions of vessels. Allow space around samples for effective forced-air circulation. MBINE30 and MBINE45 suit compact routine loads, MBINE65 and MBINE85 provide mid-size general laboratory capacity, and MBINE125 and MBINE230 support larger batches and taller vessels; MBINE230 runs at a fixed fan speed while all other models offer three speeds. Compared with other COLO incubators, MBINE is the forced-convection series with a 120 °C upper limit, while MBIND uses natural convection, MBINF adds UV sterilisation and MBINT offers TFT touch control with ±0.2 °C at 37 °C.
