MBINC Refrigerated Incubator · 70 to 250 L · 0 to 65 °C and −10 to 65 °C
The refrigerated incubator MBINC holds a stable temperature below and above room temperature, from 0 °C (−10 °C in MBINCD) up to 65 °C. Each of the four versions — basic MBINCA, programmable MBINCC, low-temperature MBINCD and MBINCBOD with a touch screen for BOD tests — comes in 70, 150 and 250 L.

All twelve models heat and cool with a CFC-free compressor, circulate the air with a fan and have an inner glass door. MBINCD and MBINCBOD use a larger high-precision cabinet with up to 9, 12 or 18 shelves.
Refrigerated incubator for microbiology, BOD tests and storage
A CFC-free compressor and a heater work together under a PID controller, so the set point holds also near and below room temperature, where a heating-only incubator cannot work. A fan circulates the air for an even temperature on every shelf, and automatic defrosting keeps the evaporator free of ice during long runs. Through the inner glass door you can check the samples without losing the temperature.

Which version do you need?
Choose MBINCA for a fixed set point with a timer, MBINCC when the temperature must change in steps, MBINCD when you work below 0 °C, and MBINCBOD for BOD tests and long programmed runs with a touch screen. MBINCD and MBINCBOD have a larger high-precision cabinet that takes up to 9, 12 or 18 shelves.

Installation and care
Place the incubator on a level floor with at least 10 cm of free space behind and at the sides, so the condenser can release heat, and keep the room between 5 and 30 °C. Leave space between bottles and plates for the air. Below room temperature keep the door closed as much as possible; automatic defrosting removes ice from the evaporator.
