Series overview
Air circulation and temperature control
- Vertical double-duct air supply with horizontal circulation for uniform chamber conditions.
- Fan with 4 grades / 3 adjustable speeds and LED running indicator (MBINE230: fixed fan speed).
- Two-section intelligent PID with sensor-deviation correction and overshoot self-tuning; Pt100 sensor.
- Resolution 0.1 °C, fluctuation ±1 °C, uniformity ±1.0 °C.
Controller and workflow
- Touch-button setting; LCD shows measured temperature (upper row) and set temperature (lower row).
- Fixed-temperature operation, timer 0–9999 min with timing-wait function, auto stop.
- Internal parameter locking and parameter memory after a power cut.
- Optional 3.5" colour touch-screen controller, USB storage and printer.
Chamber and construction
- Mirror-polished stainless-steel inner chamber; stainless-steel heating tube.
- Cold-rolled steel housing with electrostatic coating; high-quality foam-board insulation.
- Double-layer door with tempered glass observation window.
- Exhaust hole φ35 mm on top, usable as a test hole for external probes.
- Two shelves standard (frame for four), 15 kg per shelf, 40 mm shelf pitch.
Safety
- Over-temperature protection system: red LED and automatic cut-off of the heating circuit when the chamber temperature exceeds the alarm value.
- High-precision, independent digital temperature limiter.
- Over-temperature sound and light alarm.
- Standard temperature certificate at 40 °C in the chamber centre, issued by COLO technical service.
What distinguishes MBINE within the COLO incubator range
MBINE is the forced-convection series with a 120 °C upper limit, mirror stainless chamber and an independent digital limiter. MBIND uses natural convection; MBINF adds UV sterilisation and interior lighting; MBINT offers TFT touch control with ±0.2 °C at 37 °C for microbiology; MBIN7 / MBIN18 are compact natural-convection units; MBINC covers cooled incubation from 0 °C.
