CS4560 Portable Spectrophotometer — 45/0, LED and UV, two apertures
The CS4560 portable spectrophotometer (COLO product code PRO7964) measures colour and colour difference with 45/0 geometry — 45° ring illumination and 0° viewing. A full-spectrum LED with UV light source, two switchable apertures (Ø8 and Ø4 mm) and the best repeatability of the series serve paints, inks, printed matter, plastics and textiles, and the instrument also measures traffic-sign colours.
Which 45/0 portable model?
Overview
The CS4560 is the most accurate model of the CS45 series. The UV source can be included or excluded for fluorescent and optically brightened samples, the Ø4 mm aperture reaches small areas, and the traffic-sign function shows brightness factor and chromaticity against standard sign colours.

Why this instrument
45/0 measures colour as it is seen, including the effect of gloss — the right choice when the result must agree with visual assessment of prints, paints and coated parts. The CS4560 adds UV for fluorescent materials and a second aperture for small areas in one portable instrument.

Software and data
The PC software (free download) stores standards with their tolerances, shows the spectrum and the colour difference, follows trends and exports results for reports. Standards can also be created and measured directly on the instrument.
Data are transferred by USB or Bluetooth.
