The stackable CO2 shaking incubator MBINCOS-228R combines a shaking incubator and a CO2 incubator in one layer with a 930 × 530 mm tray. Up to three layers can be stacked, each with its own temperature, CO2 and speed. It holds 4 °C to 65 °C, CO2 from 0 to 20 % and natural humidity up to 95 %, while the tray shakes from 10 to 300 rpm.

CO2 shaking incubator for suspension cell culture and fermentation
Suspension cells and many cultures need CO2, an even temperature and constant shaking at the same time. MBINCOS gives all three: an imported infrared sensor keeps CO2 at the set value, a cross-flow air duct keeps the temperature even, and a servo motor drives the tray with ±1 rpm accuracy. The unit runs shaken or static, so it can also work as a CO2 incubator.

When to choose MBINCOS-228R
Choose MBINCOS-228R when you need a larger tray (930 × 530 mm) or several sets of conditions: up to three layers can be stacked, and each layer has its own temperature, CO2 and speed.

Installation and care
Place the incubator on a firm, level floor in a room at 5–25 °C, with a separate earthed 220 V socket and a CO2 cylinder with pressure regulator nearby. Fill the humidification tray with sterile water, balance the flasks on the tray, and run the UV lamp only with the chamber empty and the door closed.
