How the kit is used
A suspension of the suspect colony is adjusted to 0.5 McFarland and dispensed into the strip wells and the KCN and control tubes. Wells that need anaerobic conditions are overlaid with sterile paraffin. After incubation the colour reactions are read and interpreted together with the TSI reaction.
