KJELFASTER-K500 Automatic Kjeldahl Analyzer
KJELFASTER-K500 is an automatic Kjeldahl analyzer that combines steam distillation, colorimetric titration, calculation and printout in one instrument. It measures 0.1–240 mg N with recovery ≥99.5 % and a reproducibility (relative error of mean value) of ≤ ±0.5 %, titrates with 2.0 µL/step resolution, needs 5–10 min per sample and stores 1000 results. Four dosing pumps, pre-installed cleaning routines and an integrated printer make it a complete analyzer at an accessible price.

Selection guidance
KJELFASTER-K500 is selected when a routine laboratory wants distillation, titration and printout in one instrument at an accessible price. For finer burette resolution and process protection choose K700; for data integrity, 1 million results and an autosampler the K900.
Configuration checklist
- Daily samples: routine series; for unattended batches see K900 with A24.
- Resolution: 2.0 µL/step; for low-nitrogen samples choose K700 (1.0) or K900 (0.2 µL/step).
- Digestion: KJELDIG digestor and EXSC5 scrubber.
- Utilities: cooling water tap, drain and 220 V socket next to the bench.
