FLEXWASH — ELISA Microplate Washer
OVERVIEW
FLEXWASH is a fully featured ELISA microplate washer designed to deliver reliable, low-background washing for 96-well immunoassays. Low residual liquid volumes of ≤ 1 μL per well help reduce background signal and improve assay sensitivity, while optimized wash parameters ensure consistent performance from run to run.
The instrument supports soaking and shaking functions to enhance washing efficiency and incorporates automatic pipeline flushing with distilled water to maintain clean fluid paths. The plate platform and movement of the washing head are automated, allowing streamlined workflows and reproducible plate handling across a wide range of ELISA applications.
A 4.3″ color LCD display provides an intuitive, menu-driven interface. FLEXWASH accommodates flat, U, V and C-bottom plates, uses quick-change 1×8 or 1×12 wash heads, and offers memory for up to 100 user-defined washing programs. Built-in level sensors, alarms and pipeline protection functions safeguard both results and hardware in routine diagnostic and research laboratories.
