SERIES PRODUCT PAGE — ONE PAGE FOR RELATED CAPACITY MODELS
One TECX series page for repeated capacity variants
The TECX range is best presented as a single technical balance family because all models share the same design concept, 1 g readability, integrated LCD display, external calibration, RS232C communication and routine weighing functions. The main differences between models are capacity, SKU and commercial configuration.
This consolidated page gives the customer one clear selection point for the TECX series, while SKU-level prices, availability and commercial notes are maintained in the searchable weighing catalog and price-list structure.
MODEL SELECTION — TECX TECHNICAL BALANCE SERIES

OPTIONAL CALIBRATION AND CONTROL WEIGHTS
Optional weights for external calibration and routine control checks
Because TECX balances use external calibration, suitable calibration or control weights should be selected during ordering. The optional weight package can be built around the selected TECX capacity, normal working load, required control points and local SOP requirements.

Build the required combination
Select one or more nominal masses near real operating loads. For broader workflows, combine lower, middle and upper check points.
Selection logic
- Choose the TECX model first: 6, 10, 15, 20 or 30 kg.
- Include typical sample weight, tare containers and packaging.
- Select control weights near normal working loads.
- Confirm OIML class, certificate and handling requirements before ordering.
Ordering note: calibration weights are optional accessories and are not automatically included in the standard TECX delivery. Confirm nominal masses, required class, certificates and local verification procedure before final quotation.
Applications and operational value
Production weighing
TECX balances support weighing of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished goods, containers and production batches where 1 g readability is appropriate.
Packaging and logistics
The series can be used for packaging control, dispatch verification, receiving checks and warehouse weighing tasks.
Piece counting
Piece counting supports counting components, fasteners, parts, kits and packing units based on sample weight.
Quality control
Check weighing and optional control weights support routine verification against defined acceptance limits.
How to choose the correct TECX model
When selecting a TECX model, include the maximum sample mass, tare containers, fixtures and packaging. Routine work should not be planned exactly at maximum capacity; keeping headroom improves daily usability and reduces risk during repetitive weighing.
For lighter routine tasks, TECX6 or TECX10 may be sufficient. For broader production and warehouse use, TECX15 or TECX20 can provide more practical headroom. TECX30 is the largest model in the series and is suitable when heavier samples, containers or packed goods are expected.
For documented control checks, define practical load points and select suitable control weights near those loads. For production or QC workflows, confirm whether the final configuration requires certificates, RS232C printer output, PC software, rechargeable battery or a second display.
