Nichiryo Premium Tips 0.5–10 µL are a longer 10 µL tip (48 mm) for reaching into microtubes and PCR tubes. The finely finished tip end reduces surface tension, so the tip empties completely, and the precise seal on the pipette cone supports accurate, repeatable results. Choose bulk bags, racks or sterile racks.

Where Nichiryo Premium tips 0.5–10 µL are used
Nichiryo tests its pipettes with Premium tips, so a Premium tip on a Nichiryo pipette gives the accuracy stated for the pipette.
- PCR and qPCR – pipetting into the bottom of 0.2 mL and 1.5 mL tubes.
- Molecular biology – DNA/RNA samples, enzymes and buffers up to 10 µL.
- Gel electrophoresis – sample loading from deep tubes.
- Small reagent volumes – additions to reaction mixes and calibrators.

Handling tips for accurate results
- Press the pipette firmly into the tip with a slight twist – a tight seal is the basis of accurate pipetting.
- Pre-wet the tip two or three times before the measured aspiration.
- Hold the pipette vertically and immerse the tip just below the liquid surface.
- Use a new tip for every sample; with sterile work open the rack only next to the working area.
- Autoclave at 121 °C for 20 minutes – longer cycles or higher temperatures may deform tips and racks.

Yes. Nichiryo Premium tips SSW are DNase / RNase free and UV resistant. For aseptic work choose the sterile rack.
