COLO.SCIENCE – AUTOMATIC LABORATORY STEAM STERILIZATION
Internal water circulation and controlled liquid sterilization without fixed plumbing
The integrated SUS-304 water tank supplies steam to the chamber and recirculates water internally. The autoclave does not require fixed connections for water supply or drainage, supporting flexible installation in laboratories where a floor-standing sterilizer is needed.
Microprocessor control manages water filling, dynamic pulse exhaust, heating, sterilization, cooling and optional drying. The LCD displays pressure, temperature, time, cycle status, operating curves and fault information.

VERSAC SERIES – VERTICAL STEAM STERILIZERS WITH INNER WATER CIRCULATION
VERSAC vertical autoclaves for liquids, culture media, instruments and laboratory waste
A VERSAC vertical autoclave is suitable when a laboratory needs automatic steam sterilization, an integrated water tank and flexible cycle programming without fixed water-supply and drainage connections. Four chamber sizes allow the sterilizer to be selected according to load volume, basket configuration, available installation height and electrical capacity.
Liquid programs can use rapid water cooling or variable natural cooling, while automatic selection of fast or slow exhaust helps reduce liquid overflow. An optional mobile probe can measure liquid temperature directly for application-specific cycle control.
For traceability, VERSAC autoclaves can be configured with a printer, USB and RS232 communication. Vacuum pulse, drying, Wi-Fi temperature display/alarm and accredited calibration are available according to the selected configuration and quotation.
VERSAC construction and sterilization technology

Floor-standing vertical design with a quick-opening hand-wheel door, self-expanding sealing ring and lockable caster wheels.
Liquid sterilization
Rapid water cooling and variable natural cooling support efficient liquid cycles. Automatic fast/slow exhaust selection helps protect loads against overflow.
Process monitoring
Dual temperature and pressure sensing supports controlled heating. The LCD shows process values, operating status, curves and diagnostic messages.

COLO.SCIENCE KNOWLEDGE AND SUPPORT
Selection support for steam sterilization, liquid cycles and validation
COLO.Science supports model selection, load definition, cycle configuration, cooling method, printer/data workflow, calibration and final documentation requirements.
How to select the appropriate VERSAC model
First define the usable chamber volume and the physical load: basket quantity, flask or container height, number of vessels, total load mass and required free steam-circulation space. VERSAC50 and VERSAC75 suit smaller routine batches, while VERSAC100 and VERSAC120 provide more capacity for larger laboratories and higher-throughput workflows.
Next define the load type and process: solid, porous, liquid, culture media, agar, waste or a mixed laboratory workflow. Liquid loads may require a mobile probe, controlled exhaust, rapid water cooling or natural cooling according to container type and process requirements.
Finally confirm electrical supply, printer and data export, drying or vacuum-pulse options, calibration scope, regulatory documentation and installation access. The final quotation should state the exact model and delivered configuration.
VERSAC vertical steam sterilizers for automatic laboratory autoclaving
VERSAC autoclaves combine an integrated stainless-steel water tank, automatic process control and model capacities from 50 to 120 L. Their flexible programs support instrument, dressing, rubber, liquid, culture-media, agar and waste applications in biomedical, pharmaceutical, food, clinical and research laboratories.
In practical use, cycle selection depends on load composition, container type, fill volume, heat sensitivity, required cooling method, drying requirement and documentation workflow. Printer, mobile probe, Wi-Fi alarm, vacuum pulse, drying and accredited calibration can be selected according to the application.
Configuration notice
VERSAC vertical autoclaves may be supplied in different configurations depending on selected model, sterilization load, cooling method, liquid probe, printer, USB/RS232 workflow, Wi-Fi alarm, vacuum pulse, drying, calibration and documentation requirements. The official quotation defines the final delivered configuration. Specifications may change without notice.
