It combines the Enhanced Infinity System (EIS) with full Koehler illumination, coded LED 10W for transmitted + reflected light, and a large Ø190 mm 360° rotatable circular stage.

OVERVIEW
Polarizing microscopy uses polarized illumination and an analyzer to enhance contrast in birefringent or anisotropic samples—revealing micro-structures that are difficult to observe in standard brightfield. In research and industrial analysis, stable optics, repeatable illumination and precise stage control are critical.
POLO950 is built around COLO’s Enhanced Infinity System (EIS) with super wide field eyepieces and high numerical aperture optics for improved contrast and resolution. With coded LED 10W illumination for both transmitted and reflected light, a Ø190 mm 360° circular stage, and modular polarization/DIC options, it is a robust platform for advanced polarization workflows.
