Warm up the instrument, verify lamp status, and run baseline/blank with matched cuvettes. Choose the correct bandwidth and mode (T/A/C/E) before starting a scan or quantitative method.
For repeatability, keep cuvette orientation consistent, wipe optical faces, and standardize method names + sample IDs in exports/prints for QC traceability.
