The Cronobacter LAMP Test Kit detects Cronobacter DNA by loop-mediated isothermal amplification. The reaction runs at one temperature in a simple heating block, and the result is read by colour.

How Cronobacter LAMP Test Kit works
After enrichment and lysis at 99 °C, the sample is added to the lyophilised reaction tube. Specific primers amplify the target DNA at 63 °C in about 50 minutes. Positive reactions show green fluorescence, negative ones remain light orange.
