Overview
ROMI-520 is a compact, maintenance-free microscope for educational life science and clinical laboratories.
It uses an infinity corrected optical system with high eyepoint wide-field eyepieces and supports multiple contrast methods, including optional phase contrast and dark field.
Key features
- Viewing head: Siedentopf binocular (Interpupillary distance ~50–75 mm; 30°/45° inclined; 360° rotatable; diopter adjustable); trinocular option available.
- Nosepiece: revolving reversed type for 4/5 objectives; quadruple nosepiece standard (quintuple click-stop optional).
- Stage: right-hand mechanical stage; micrometre on X/Y; multiple stage sizes optional.
- Condenser: Abbe NA 1.25 with iris diaphragm and filter holder; centering and height adjustment.
- Coatings: antimicrobial/antifungal coating; optical system treated with antifungal paint; chemical resistance coating.
