The COLO-OPTIC900BH is a robust binocular biological microscope based on an infinity-corrected achromatic optical system with professional Koehler illumination and a
6V 20W tungsten-halogen light source. It offers ergonomic binocular viewing, precise coaxial focusing and flexible stage configurations for routine laboratory work, education and
basic biomedical research.
Thanks to its high eye-point wide-field eyepieces, Siedentopf viewing head and choice of ceramic or rackless mechanical stage, OPTIC900BH delivers bright, high-contrast
brightfield images. The halogen illumination with approximately 3200 K colour temperature provides a warm, natural rendering of stained samples and supports optional phase contrast,
darkfield and camera documentation when combined with the appropriate accessories from the OPTIC900 platform.
