Soy Peptone – soy peptone is an enzymatic digest of soybean meal. It supplies nitrogen, carbohydrates and vitamins and is used in tryptic soy media and in animal-free formulations.

How Soy Peptone works
Soy peptone contributes peptides, natural carbohydrates and B vitamins and is the plant-based partner of casein peptone in tryptic soy media.
