FAQ – FLUO500
Is FLUO500 suitable for live cell imaging? Yes. The catalog specifically presents the inverted microscope platform as suitable for live cell imaging.
Does it support phase contrast? Yes. Phase contrast is a core feature of the FLUO500 family, with dedicated phase contrast objectives and accessories depending on configuration.
Can it be used for fluorescence imaging? Yes. The system supports fluorescence observation with multiple filter sets including blue, green, red, yellow, UV and violet configurations.
Can I connect a camera? Yes. Trinocular versions provide a photo port, and DSLR / C-mount adapter options are available depending on the setup.
Are all options standard? No. The official catalog shows configuration-dependent equipment, so the final set of optics, filters, stages and adapters should be matched to the application.
