Rotor platform
NCP composite rotor technology: ultralight construction, high strength, slower heat conduction and strong corrosion resistance.
Fast lifting and lowering: lightweight rotor head helps improve handling during rotor changes.
Quick cover opening: the fixed-angle rotor cover opens with approximately one turn.
Expected service life: NCP material is presented as corrosion-resistant with improved environmental stability and service life up to 8–10 years.
Safety & workflow support
Automatic rotor identification: helps reduce risk from selecting an incorrect rotor.
Imbalance protection: 3-level rubber damping supports automatic balance and imbalance switch function.
Emergency lid opening: lid can be opened in unexpected power failure situations.
Soft start / stop logic: 10-stage acceleration and 10-stage deceleration help avoid secondary mixing during braking.
Temperature & control logic
Rapid pre-cooling: can reduce from 25 °C to 4 °C within about 6 minutes.
High-speed cooling performance: 4 °C can still be maintained at maximum speed according to the supplied product sheet.
Real-time adjustment: parameters can be changed during operation without stopping the run.
