Integrated safety

safety functiondescription
Over-pressure safety valve Safety valve opens automatically to release pressure.
Over-temperature protection System powers off automatically if overheating is detected.
Door sensor Door status monitoring; operation stops if door is not secured.
Anti-dry-out function System powers off if water level is too low; error code shown on screen.
Thermal safety door cover Insulated shell reduces burn risk and improves operator safety.

Air filtration (re-contamination control)

filter 0.22 μm high-efficiency sterilization air filter (filtration efficiency > 99.8%) to keep vacuum-depleted air sterile.

Practical purchasing notes

topicrecommendationwhy it matters
liquid sterilization Use low exhaust + rapid cooling option for liquid loads; verify with probe when needed. Helps prevent boil-over / overflow and improves repeatability for validated cycles.
load type Select program based on packaging (packed/unpacked) and material category (rubber, dressings, equipment). Program parameters align with penetration and drying needs.
traceability Enable printer logging for QC / SOP compliance. Simplifies audits and batch documentation.
utilities Use distilled/demineralized water and keep filter maintenance in SOP. Protects steam system and reduces contamination risk.
